Action Queue


This tool allows a builder to monitor the current status of and review the past performance of the queued actions.

Accessing the Action Queue

The Action Queue can be accessed via the tools section of the WorkXpress Handbook.

Active Queue

To avoid taking too many resources from the system only a few background actions are ran simultaneously. This means that if a large amount of queued actions or several long running queued actions are ran at the same time then a backlog of actions may occur. When viewing the active queue it is possible to stop out of control actions that are taking too many resources or are stopping the rest of the queue from processing. When an action is canceled it's processing is stopped immediately and my leave an action partially completed.

Past Queue

The past queue allows the builder to search or review previously ran actions. For example it is possible to find all past queued actions that took more than a certain amount of time to complete.
