Reload a tab's content whenever that tab is re-selected (Form Setting)

By default when the content of a tab is displayed that content is cached so that when the end user navigates to a different tab and the returns to the tab they do not have to wait for the application to contact the server for the forms and values to display. Most of the time this behavior is acceptable but if it is possible for the end user to interact with the software on one tab that would cause the first tab to display differently then this feature will allow the tab to contact the server and get the new contents.

For examples, if Tab A displays a list of related records and underneath Tab B is a button that adds or deletes those same related records then when the user navigates back to Tab A they will expect to see the changes that were caused by the button on Tab B. In this case the software developer should enable this feature.
