Do you want to auto-import the uploaded File? (Field Setting)

Enabling this setting will automatically run a File Attachment Field Import ESB Profile when the field is saved.

This process takes place when the File Attachment field is placed on a form, and that form is saved. So, enabling this feature once fields already have values will not result in those files being imported.
