You can send text messages to users via SMS. You can choose to be able to receive replies.
Build the phone number to send the SMS message to. For U.S. numbers, this can be of the form (555)555-5555 or simply of the form 5555555555. For international numbers, include the country code for the phone number (e.g. +011 (555)555-5555). If a country code is included, be sure to include the ‘+’ at the beginning of the number.
Build the phone number to send the SMS message from. This number must have been registered with WorkXpress in order to send SMS messages using this action. For help registering a phone number for SMS messaging, contact us at support@workxpress.com.
