page_name is a shortened version of the title…so if it's Learning about the Application Development Lifecycle you could shorten it to app_dev_lifecycle Page Title is the regular title that should be displayed to users

The Cloud Management Portal is used to manage your software, your platform and your infrastructure. You will setup servers, start development projects, release versions to production, manage your data backups, perform disaster recovery, and review your billing using the Portal. VAR's and ISV's will even manage their customer accounts, income, and expenses using the Portal.
