[[start:page_name|Page Title]]

page_name is a shortened version of the title…so if it's Learning about the Application Development Lifecycle you could shorten it to app_dev_lifecycle Page Title is the regular title that should be displayed to users

the symbol between them is the pipe and is usually on the key above Enter on your keyboard.
