Filter a List

Why we do it: We need to create a filter for each queue to display only the Items that are currently at that stage of the workflow.

How it's done:

Start with the Block Editor. Edit the List Definition settings. Use the Search Builder to create a filter to show only Items in that List's status. Did you know?

To quickly access the List Definition settings section of the Block Editor, click the blue building block for your List, highlight the Block Editor flyout menu option and click List Defintion.

Open the Search Builder by clicking the Icon in the “List of” section of the List Definition settings.

Build your filter by clicking the filter-shaped Icon.
