The Block Editor's exclusive purpose is to expose all settings for a Building Block, except Actions, grouped inside of “tabs”. It shows both global and local settings, although local settings may only make sense in context.
The Block Editor floats above the Application Workspace at the bottom of the page. It has two states; mostly hidden, or shown.
The Block Editor may be “detached” into a popup window.
There are only 2 interface elements:
There are essentially 2 types of tabs; those common to multiple Block types and those unique to a specific Block type.
The details of the various tabs and their commonality will be described as a function of each of the Blocks and Block types.
