Tom,
I am very much looking forward to talking with you about your software project. I value your time and want to make sure that we make the most of the call. I have found that by taking the following approach it will allow us to streamline our time in order to accomplish the most important tasks. It is very important to we make sure that we understand your project needs and that you get your questions answered.
In the past we found ourselves spending the first half of the call just talking about us. So that we can focus on you, please take the time to look at the following information before the call. Then we can spend just a short amount of time addressing any questions you may have, and the rest of the time will be focused on what you do and talking about your project. Please take the time to review the following and make note of (or email me) any questions:
Also, throughout the call we will be referencing the WorkXpress platform. This video will demonstrate our platform for you.
Our meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 12 at 2pm. I will call you at 555-555-5555. If this conflicts with your information please let me know immediately. Also, it is important that you be in front of your computer if at all possible.
During the meeting I will be referencing information that it is important for you to be able to access quickly. To make sure that you can do that I have put the links below for you.
