Custom URLs are a method of allowing direct access to a page of an application without needing to navigate to it. Access to the page can be private (requires login) or public (no login required).
There are two methods of creation.

You can use the custom URL manager to manaully create a custom URL. Mainly for creating application-level custom URLs (for registration or other publicly accessible pages).

You can use actions to create custom URLs for specific records.

Use the custom URL manager to view, edit and delete custom URLs that have been created.
