====== Form Icon (Form Setting) ======
**Form icon** is a setting that allows the builder to choose an icon from the [[Engine Tables - Image|image table]]. The selected image is displayed in the title bar of the [[Form|form]]. If the title bar is [[Form Settings - Hide Title Bar|hidden]], no form icon will be shown either.
