WorkXpress will create a link that launches the default Add Page for this [[Form Type - List|list's]] [[Table|table]]. Then, [[Action|actions]] will be created to relate the newly added [[Record|record]] to the record this [[Form Type - Page|page]] is about, causing it to appear in the list. Finally, it will refresh the list.
