====== Item Total (Field Setting) ======

The **Item Total** is the portion of the [[Field Setting - Order Total|Order Total]] that the buyer is being charged for the item being purchased.  The value passed in must adhere to any currency rules regarding limits and decimal places that are in place for the [[Field Setting - Currency|Currency]] chosen.

This field combined with the [[Field Setting - Order Item Title|Order Item Title]], [[Field Setting - Order Total|Order Total]], [[Field Setting - Shipping Total|Shipping Total]], [[Field Setting - Handling Total|Handling Total]], [[Field Setting - Tax Total|Tax Total]], and [[Field Setting - Shipping Discount|Shipping Discount]] will make up the details provided to the buyer in the cart portion of the PayPal Express Checkout Screen.
