Enabling this setting will automatically run a [[Enterprise Service Bus - File Attachment Field Import|File Attachment Field Import]] ESB Profile when the field is saved.

This process takes place when the File Attachment field is placed on a form, and that form is saved.  So, enabling this feature once fields already have values will not result in those files being imported.
