====== Send a Fax ======
Send a fax to a fax number and notify the application when the fax is sent. There is a fee charged per fax page sent, contact sales@workxpress.com for more details.

===== Explanation =====
Use this Action Type to send a fax from your application.  The contents of the fax can be anything in any file of the supported types listed below.  When the fax is sent you will be charged accordingly and the application will be notified of the results of attempting to send the fax.  When possible a detailed error message will be provided for fax failure.

==== Files to Fax ====
[[Query Builder|Query]] for and select a [[Field Type - File Attachment|file attachment]] field that contains the file(s) you wish to send via fax.

Supported file types are: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, html, htm, tif, tiff, jpg, jpeg, txt, pdf, rtf, snp, png, and gif.

==== Fax Header ====
Choose whether to include a fax header on each page or not.

==== Recipient Name ====
Use an [[Expression Builder|expression]] to specify the Name of the recipient.  This is included in the Standard header.

==== Recipient Company Name ====
Use an expression to specify the Company Name of the recipient.  This is included in the Standard header.

==== Recipient Fax Number ====
Use an expression to specify the Fax Number of the recipient.

Faxes can be sent to any number in the United States, Canada, or Great Britain.

==== Set Send Status in ====
Query a record and choose a field to update with the faxing status of "Success" or "Failure".

==== Set Page Count in ====
Query a record and choose a field to update with the page count of the outgoing fax.

==== Set Error Status in ====
Query a record and choose a field to update with the faxing error message, if there is one.
