Refresh Locations (Form Setting)

Refresh Locations setting allows for two different behaviors when pins are populated in a map form. The default setting is to never refresh the locations and only display pins from the initial form load. This is the safest setting for performance because only one round of pin searches is ran. If it is desired it is possible to have the pins re-queried after the user moves the center point of the map or if the end user zooms the map. This causes the map to automatically update the pins for the current location of the map. This can be a potential performance bottle neck if there are large numbers of users and records to display.
