 +  * **Minimum Value** - This determines the lower bounds of the range of values that a user may choose from.  This value will be included as a value that the user can pick.

 +  * **How many steps are in between each label on the scale** - This setting is the number to increment the scale by until the maximum value is reached and the scale will be displayed evenly across the bottom of the slider. ​ Assuming a min value of 0 and a maximum value of 1 with step increment of .1: if the steps between each label is set to .2 the scale will contain the values 0,​.2,​.4,​.6,​.8,​1 spaced evenly across the bottom. ​ This setting does not affect the valid values and only displays a scale.
