Selection Fields normally show the default Name field of the record selected when in View Mode. However, you can choose to show a different fields or show additional fields.
Settings
Add Child Field - Click this to bring up a popup where you select which fields to show.
Item Picker Children - Use this setting to customize the order of additional fields.
