Application Record

The Application Record is the record in the system that contains settings about the core of the application such as the Application Title and is used by the WorkXpress Platform to store and read global settings. This record is created automatically for the software developer and can not be deleted.

Accessing the Application Record

The easiest way to access the Application Record's settings is in the “App Settings” tab at the top of the Build Environment (new in Platform Version 15.07.1115). By default there is also an “Edit Application Settings” Link under the Application Administration Page that can be accessed by using the “Admin” link at the top right of the application. Lastly the Application Explorer can be used to find the Application record.
