====== SCHEDULE BACKUPS ======
To schedule nightly or weekly backups of your production application, please follow the steps below.

==== Step 1 - Access the "See and Schedule Backups" Screen ====
Click on the 'Data has never been backed up' link, or More Options : See and Schedule Backups under the Production Application you'd like to schedule backups for.

==== Step 2 - Enable scheduled backups ====
Click on the red button in the top left corner to enable daily or weekly backups.

Select the frequency and the time of day for your backups. These times are in Eastern Time (UTC -5 hours), please schedule yours between 10:00PM and 7:00AM.

==== Step 3 - Setup complete! ====

Congratulations, you've successfully configured automatic backups.  The button in the upper left corner will turn green and show a summary of your backup schedule settings.

==== Scheduling One-Time backups ====

If you would like to schedule a One-time backup, please choose the blue button on the right.

Select a date and time of day you would like the one-time backup to run. These times are in Eastern Time (UTC -5 hours), please schedule yours between 10:00PM and 7:00AM.

==== Restoring Backups ====

To restore a completed backup, choose it from the list of backup dates, and click "Restore Backup" on it's row.
