====== Order Total (Field Setting) ======

The **Order Total** is the amount that will be charged to a buyer and is comprised of the sum of the [[Field Setting - Item Total|Item Total]], [[Field Setting - Shipping Total|Shipping Total]], [[Field Setting - Handling Total|Handling Total]], and [[Field Setting - Tax Total|Tax Total]] minus the [[Field Setting - Shipping Discount|Shipping Discount]].  The value passed in must adhere to any currency rules regarding limits and decimal places that are in place for the [[Field Setting - Currency|Currency]] chosen.

This field combined with the [[Field Setting - Order Item Title|Order Item Title]], [[Field Setting - Item Total|Item Total]], [[Field Setting - Shipping Total|Shipping Total]], [[Field Setting - Handling Total|Handling Total]], [[Field Setting - Tax Total|Tax Total]], and [[Field Setting - Shipping Discount|Shipping Discount]] will make up the details provided to the buyer in the cart portion of the PayPal Express Checkout Screen.
