===== Purpose =====
The **Square Root** function (SQROOT) is used to calculate a square root.

===== Parameters =====
The **Square Root** function has one parameters:

==== Number ====

Allowed Inputs: [[Field|field]] value or number

The only parameter is the number that the square root will be obtained from either use the use the [[Query Builder]] to choose a field that contains the value or use type a value to enter a number.


===== Output =====

The output of the **Square Root** function is a number representing the square root of the number.

===== Example =====

For example SQROOT(125) would result in 11.1803398875.
